I am glad you are here. I look forward to connecting and finding out whether we are a good fit for teaming up to create the healthiest, most magical, and happy birth experience that is possible for you.
Who am I as a birth doula?...
I am passionate about supporting the natural and wondrous process of birth. So whether you are planning a birth at home, at a birthing center, or in the hospital, I may be the right fit for you if you are hoping for a natural, unmedicated birth, and are willing to receive the guidance and coaching that will increase your chances of having the birth experience you desire.
Some of that includes the common-sense healthy living habits of good nutrition, exercise, and getting enough rest, which becomes even more important during pregnancy. And in addition to that, as well as to the normal doula offerings of informational, physical, emotional, and spiritual support, I offer my expertise in breath work.
The practice of Daoist meditative breath work has changed my life and improved my health like nothing else I have done. It promotes a deep meditative connection to our own body's wisdom, an opening of the central area of our body, and an ability to consciously learn to release the pelvic floor - a key for birth! So, in addition to the breathing techniques unique to birthing, by working with me you will get a more in depth immersion in healing, regenerative breathing that can serve you (and your partner) throughout your life.
Also, if I am your birth doula, you get the benefit of my professional therapeutic touch not only during the bodywork sessions, but during the birth as well. In addition to this, below you will find a few more of my areas of expertise that we can explore together.
Packages are available combining bodywork (shiatsu massage & Craniosacral therapy) and birth doula services.
BASIC BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGE:
- 3 prenatal meetings
- presence and support during your birth, including massage and Craniosacral therapy
- 1 postpartum visit
- 3 total bodywork sessions - 2 prenatal and 1 postpartum
* The nature of the prenatal preparation we will do together will be tailored specifically to you, based on your strengths, desires, and goals. In the basic package the practice we explore in depth is breath work.
* The package can be customized as needed, for example, adding bodywork sessions for partner, adding belly dance sessions, adding more postpartum visits, etc...
As of Spring 2024 I will also be offering specialized postpartum support, as an Innate Traditions Practitioner.

What Clients Are Saying:
"I didn’t know if I was going to want more help for my birth. There would be two midwives and a birth assistant in addition to myself, my husband and my dog in our very small home and we didn’t want it to feel crowded. But, when the moment came, we knew we needed Inna’s help and called her to be with us. Inna was incredibly helpful and somehow made it feel like there was more space to labor in when she arrived.
Inna’s magic resides in her extremely grounded, focused, loving presence. She is sensitive to subtle energies and is a master at perceiving what is needed and making shifts for the support of the overall environment.
While I was deep in labor, Inna offered me hands on craniosacral healing and I instantly felt my nervous system relax and a wave of emotion release. I cried tears of joy - not pain - as I felt my baby coming and was overwhelmed by the amount of love I felt surrounding me.
As my labor progressed, Inna brought out her ceremonial drum and sung songs to the rhythm of my breath that were incredibly helpful to my mind, body, and spirit. She was a crucial part of making my birth the most beautiful and powerful ceremony of my life.
Inna was not only present for me in my labor, she supported me prenatally and in my time of early postpartum. She offered her healing hands to both me and my husband, helping us to regulate our nervous systems and tend to our bodies so we could best support our baby. She cooked nourishing food that was easy to digest - so important in those early postpartum days!
I can’t recommend Inna enough to support your birth process. She is gentle, loving, and an absolute treasure. She made me feel safe and cared for in the most vulnerable moment of my life. I trust her implicitly and am so grateful that she is doing this work for all women deserve to feel as supported as I did."

"Inna was amazing throughout the process.
I was looking for someone to be with me at the birth - who would calm me, give me confidence, and help me with the pain. Someone who would be able to communicate my desires for a natural birth to the medical staff. Inna has done all that above and beyond my expectations.
The birth was quick and intense and without Inna I would’ve been lost. Inna kept me calm and focused. She was very helpful with the medical staff and all the decisions right after the birth - Inna gave me the needed information and helped me make the decisions that were aligned with my desires. Inna also greatly helped me with the baby after the birth - when I had to be taken for a check-up she calmed both me and my baby.
I couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you so much."
