Craniosacral Therapy w/ Energy Work
60 minutes $135/ 90 minutes $190
A gentle manual therapy that helps release restrictions and tension directly from the nervous system. By applying highly attuned, gentle touch, the therapist facilitates a very deep state of relaxation, where the body's inherent wisdom wakes up, and effectively and safely starts moving towards a greater state of health. Physiologically, this often includes a softening of tight tissue, enhanced flow of the cerebrospinal fluid, release of restrictions in the cranium, and through the spine. Experientially, these releases often lead to reduction or elimination of pain and other symptoms, improved sleep, a palpable relief of long-held stress, and general improvement in sense of wellbeing. Emotionally and mentally, the client may feel lighter, happier, more focused and present, more connected to self, and experience release of stagnant emotions, including old trauma, grief, and a habituated fight-flight-freeze response.
~ Inna incorporates energy work into all her sessions, allowing for a powerful way to work on specific chakra/soul center healing and alignment, such as opening the heart, finding one's voice, reclaiming one's power, unlocking one's primal sexual energy & more.
~ Inna's shamanic training allows her to also hold deep space for spiritual issues in her sessions, such as ancestral healing, soul retrieval, and connection with one's guides & ancestors.
~ Craniosacral therapy is completely non-invasive, and is safe for all stages of life, including infancy, and is a great choice for pregnancy and postpartum support.
~ In addition to supporting the nervous systems of all ages, Inna specializes in supporting all stages of the birth process, including challenges with conception, work with babies and children, and the postpartum time.
Shiatsu Massage

~ A deeply nourishing, revitalizing massage session using acupressure technique based on ancient Chinese medicine wisdom.
~ The rhythmic way in which shiatsu is performed is deeply settling to the nervous system
~ The "trigger point" therapy from the east - effective release of tight muscles and enhancement of energy flow
~ Performed through the clothes and without any oil
~ Can incorporate passive stretching
~ All massage sessions incorporate Craniosacral therapy & energy work for the ultimate bodywork experience
Integrative Oil Massage
60 minutes $135/ 90 minutes $190/ 120 minutes $250
~ Incorporating the attunement Inna has from being a craniosacral therapist, and the deep knowledge of the most effective ways to release tension from her specialty in shiatsu, Inna's oil massage sessions are also a special treat for your whole being.
~ Pressure is between light to medium, effect is deep.
~ Whether you are looking for general relaxation and nurturing, or to address specific areas of concern, Inna's deep ability to listen to the body will provide a restorative and therapeutic experience.
