I believe in transparency, so it feels important to share a bit about how I came to expand my healing offerings into distance energy work.
You may have read my bio on my 'About' page, and got a sense of my background. Well, my spiritual thirst is always leading me towards new horizons, it seems, which delights me and is exactly what my soul signed up for. Around the years 2021-22 I became particularly obsessed with a certain author - Dolores Cannon. Dolores' books are really transcripts of thousands of her hypnosis sessions - a field she has come to revolutionize. The more her work evolved, the more extraordinary the material coming through her clients became. Angels, ascendent masters, evolved energy life forms, and extraterrestrial advanced beings often spoke through her clients when under hypnosis. As I consumed one book after another, I realized I was changing energetically due to the transmission coming through the material. Then I started to experience actual visitations from some of these beings, as well as remember visitations that happened earlier in my life. They were teaching me about energy and how to direct it, transcending the perceived limitations of time and space.
Since by that point I have already been well versed in shamanism, ceremony, spiritual practice, and offering energy work in all my in-person healing sessions, it felt like a very natural next step. I now could offer my healing work without being in the same physical location as my client. I have been getting powerful results and loving the limitlessness that this new expansion offers.
So what are these sessions like?
We meet on Zoom. The session is crafted depending on your current needs and intentions. The general flow is that initially I listen to your concerns and goals. We take some time to explore those. Then we set the field together - I facilitate and you participate as you feel called. Guides and allies are called in to support your highest good and to assist with your intentions. During the energy work part you lay down comfortably, feeling the flow of universal source loving energy, that I direct towards you. This lasts for 20-40 minutes of the session. After we integrate together, highlighting any shifts, releases, insights, and connections made.
Other healing tools that I am versed in flow in and out of these sessions as needed. Some of these include:
~ guidance in healing breathwork
~ shamanic journeying & guided meditation
~ invocation through Sacred song
~ therapeutic dialoging, incorporating parts work
~ facilitated connection with the higher self of anyone, as is supportive to your healing process

~ Single session, 75 minutes, returning client: $155
